For the 35th edition of the Firenze Marathon, an internationally famous artist was chosen to design the much-anticipated medal that is hung on the runners’ necks just after they cross the finish line. For the November 25 event, marathoners will have another reason to cross the finish line with all of their strength. To be able to wear not just a medal with an inherent, intrinsic value symbolizing their hard work and training they put in.
